Jessie leads the team at Ninemer. Prior to setting up the agency, she held senior management positions in international and home-grown agencies.
A strong believer in branding and the importance of cultural and political sensitivities in communications, one of her forte is in crisis management. She first honed her skills as a civilian public affairs officer of the Singapore Police Force, where public perception and issue management were part and parcel of her work. Amongst clients she has counselled on communications issues were Energy Market Company, People’s Association, Singapore National Co-operative Federation, Chinatown Business Association and Singapore Tourism Board.
Some of the projects she had led include an eight-market CSR programme for Hitachi, Christmas Light-up on Orchard Road, Chinatown Chinese New Year Celebrations 2014 - 2018, launch of revitalized Chinatown Food Street, and closure of Le Crazy Horse Saloon operations.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Communication Studies (Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University’s School of Communication and Information.

Benjamin consults on digital strategy and marketing technologies at Ninemer. Before joining Ninemer, he has held mid to senior roles in both MNC client and MNC agency roles .
Delving into digital space even before the dotcom boom, he is a true digital native with more than 15 years of digital experience. He started with advertising and have gone into client roles in banking, travel, and e-commerce. After stints on client side, he has moved back into digital on the agency side.
His forte is in utilizing digital channels for data-driven marketing, digital CRM programmes, CX frameworks, marketing automation and digital technologies.
He has worked on global and local brands such as HP, FANCL, Fairprice, Singtel, ASUS, Sompo Insurance, Cheers, Renault , C&C, SATS, Great Eastern on both advertising and branding capacities.
He is a Bachelor of Mass Communications from Murdoch University.
With over 10 years of PR agency experience, Hsu Lin has worked across diverse sectors from consumer, F&B and retail, to corporate clients in the maritime, architecture and broadcast sectors. She has also supported various ministries and statutory boards in their public communications campaigns.
She has driven integrated communications campaigns for clients such as DirectAsia Insurance and events such as the People Association Youth Movement’s Community YOUthCare Festival, Chinatown Chinese New Year Celebrations and Mid-Autumn Festivals, and the Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention.
Her work on Kao sees her looking into corporate profiling as well as consumer PR for its wide range of personal care brands, and her experience with the Singapore National Co-operative Federation and its affiliates has seen her involved in various issues management situations. Amongst her strengths are stakeholder engagement initiatives, from school programmes to social media campaigns, for brands like Kao Bioré and The Music Run.
Hsu Lin holds a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Communication from Nanyang Technological University’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information.
