Brief:

Generate traffic to the various malls, amplify promotions for their loyalty programme and mall activities. Encourage loyalty membership sign ups. 

Our scope:

Content creation for eDM marketing, creative visuals for mall campaigns.​

Challenge: 

  • With multiple malls in every corner in Singapore, we needed to create highly relevant content for shopper consumption and drive them to the malls. With the pandemic, more and more shoppers were getting more comfortable with digital shopping, we had to plan interesting content and improve digital communications to the shoppers.

Achievements: 

  • Maintain more than 20% eDM readership rate​ consistently, with spikes for major promotions and campaigns.

  • Increase app and referral member signups to meet client KPIs.
